The plumbers themselves were professional and adequate. The problem I had was with pricing. They were to repair two leaks found in a home inspection prior to the sale of my house. The First was in the crawl space under my bath tub they told me probably 5-6 hours to repair with just some pvc and a trap. I told him so 6 hours by $80 about $480 in labor ok. The bill when finished was $833 I was charged an extra $40 an hour for a helper do to work going on in the crawl space. “That would have been nice to know ahead of time”. My second mistake was letting them replace the shower faucet. $480 and I bought the faucet. As I said in the beginning the plumbers were professional but the pricing was out of line. The moral of the story “Don’t call h2o unless you have deep pockets “ and watch out for hidden charges.

There are two types of people in this world, people with hard water and people with soft water, the difference between these two is happiness. I was hesitant to get a water softener installed, until I found this business and saw that Fred beats everyone else's price. Don't hesitate like I did, get a softener, it's worth it, and it's even more satisfying supporting an honest, friendly and professional local small business
