Perry was friendly during a phone call, on a Friday, where I explained the plumbing problem we were having. He said he was currently working on a job that would take Monday and Tuesday. He told me he would be at my house in three days, by Wednesday, to assess the job and then complete it after. I said there was no rush.I guess that was my mistake. I don't know if he meant three days after 2020 started or what. I have called him several times and the last phone call he assured me he would be in contact to go to the house either that day or the next. It's been over FIVE weeks. I hate to leave a bad review. But if you don't want to work, say so. Don't string a customer along.nnLooking for another plumber now...
Very please with the work Perry Mechanical did for us. Diagnosed the problem within minutes, had one of our central air unit, up and running again. Reasonable prices, fast, friendly service. I would recommend to anyone!!!!
