Owner was very rude. Demanded that I only pay in cash and sent me 1/2 way across town although her Card reader works fine... then when I pick my clothes up they weren’t done too my expectations... made me feel like disrespected and unappreciated... avoid this place at all cost

Shrunk a high quality, very expensive sweater of mine, and gave me back another sweater with lint all over it. I didn’t know about either of those until I got home. The lady also gave me attitude about paying with a card (I saw no signs about paying cash) when I went to pay and the clincher is: they have the machine to pay with a card. She complained that they have to pay if I use a card but then charged me to use my card without telling me they would charge me for it. Just a poorly run business that doesn’t do your clothes well. And attitude to boot!
