Wish there was a zero star rating. Their pricing is very good, however, nothing else is with this company.nI have never had an issue taking my military work uniform to a cleaners and them NOT starching it in the last two years. Every place simply asks if I want heavy starch. This is the only place I’ve gone to that does not, but that isn’t the issue I have. My issue is that the employees don’t know their job and the owner or manager (don’t remember what she said) just argues with you, and it costed me money.nnI asked for starch on my uniform and was given a receipt stating that. I come back to pick up and there is no starch whatsoever. Before I left I went back inside and the employee said he put it in the starch pile but he will redo it for me. Awesome thank you! When I return a second time he greets me to tell me they can’t starch it due to what the tag says and their equipment would melt it. Would have been nice to know before I paid for my uniform the first time because I would not have wasted time and money and could have used that money to get it done the right way the first time somewhere else. But still not my only issue.nnAs soon as I put the dry cleaned uniform on, my name tape, my rank, one of my trouser pockets, and part of my US Army tape are all peeling up from the stitching... I call to request a discount to get it restitched or my money back from the lack of communication the first time and the owner/manager (whoever) tells me no and chews me out about their “policies”. When I would try to tell the whole story about why I am a disappointed customer I get her telling me if I have to go into a story she doesn’t care.nnHow about you train your employees and don’t let them take money from people who are paying for a service and don’t get that service. I DIDN'T WANT MY UNIFORM JUST DRY CLEANED. I PAID WITH INTENTION OF IT BEING STARCHED. I would have NOT paid for the dry cleaning with your business and taken it somewhere else to do what I THE CUSTOMER WANTED. I also would have paid for the service I wanted and my uniform would still be intact and not ripped at EVERY seam!
