Mom's Wash & Dry

A couple of the machines were out of order, but were clearly marked if so. Facility is very clean and the attendant was very helpful and pleasant. I always wash in bulk so the bigger machines always save me time, the dryers work awesome too.

I was washing my clothes today. I understand that people are asked to wear a mask in the store. I have a medical exemption. I have my paper with me at all times. I have never been asked to leave a store because I didn't have a mask. They saw me multiple times in the store. I had already washed multiple loads and dried them. I was literally putting my clothes away in a bag when i was told I had to leave because wearing a mask is the law. It is not a law. It was a mandate. With information about medical exemptions. So my boyfriend finished getting my clothes for me. And then the person who asked me to leave was talking negatively about people who don't wear masks. That is unprofessional and rude. I am the manager of a store and to me this was terrible customer service and all could have been avoided with a nicer conversation and an understanding of medical conditions and laws.

Very CLEAN, nice and quiet. The attendants are very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend trying it out!!

Very inexpensive, cute area for kids to play. I have not actually seen a kids set up and I dreaded taking my kids today (I left them home). We just moved from out of state and waiting on our washer and dryer to arrive in October. I will be back these next few weeks. They also use a different system then what I have used before. The card you use to load money you can actually get back with the money you didn't use. There is an employee on site as well which I love. I had an accident happen at a wash and dry place previously that caused me to have back surgery and knowing someone is there to attend to the machines is awesome and a peace of mind that the place is well kept.

The large washers are in need of repairs. Too many of them do NOT have the prewash working. Serveral large washers only had cold water. I think 2 were broken. Usually this is a really good laundry mat. The last couple of times I used them, they are going downhill.
