My deal was problematic because of the online mortgage company I was using, but Bob Mathe recommended a great local lender, and we salvaged the it. Throughout the process he championed good sense and was always on the ball when it came to getting the deal done. I am very satisfied and impressed with the work Bob and First Weber did. They will have my business again, if/when I do more deals!

We had a great experience with our agent Patti Crump and First Weber. Patti guided us through the entire process of buying our new home. She was very responsive to our questions and provided great suggestions for financing, new flooring and other local vendors. She made the entire process so much easier.

Megan Lang gave the best customer service inputting together the sale of my personal home of 26 years, and than finding the perfect home for me to move into. She listened extremely well to what I wanted and needed for this move to happen. It took Megan less than two weeks to put everything together and I could not be any happier. Her professionalism and organizational skills of coordinating the closing of three homes on the same morning was incredible. From facilitating multiple property visits, recommending amazing contractors (from his extensive network), to making great recommendations --based off his prior luxury home building experience, Gene's the best! I would recommend and strongly advise to never work with Kim DiGiorio Mueller. What we received was nothing but incorrect information, invalid dates, missing information involving contractual deadlines, spelling errors, etc. Not only were we fixing her errors, she also lost a deal for us on selling our home and lost us significant money. Refused to communicate with both my husband and I and would call my husband behind my back for discussions on selling and buying our new home. Contractually and legally she is obligated to work as our fiduciary and she actively worked against us from day 1.nnKnow what your getting yourself into. She is there for no one but her commission and her commission only and expect to re-verify every document she sends you and make corrections along the way.
