Troy is extremely professional, and is prompt with responding to texts and phone calls during normal business hours. He quickly sends out people to fix maintenance problems within his units. Recently, one such person was Tim. Tim was extremely friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to service our apartment. Troy takes care of his tenants and does not put up with those who would treat the property poorly.

Never rent from them. Very dishonest, tries to scam their tenants knowing they are mostly all college students. No communication at all and very unprofessional. Not know how to run their business, all they care about is money.

The landlord is the word scum of the of Earth. Terrible communication skills and loves to take advantage of this tenants
