We found ProEx online and were impressed by the reviews. And we were looking for someone near Berlin for a home we are purchasing. John did not disappoint. John was on time, very thorough and professional, and answered all of our questions. John also had suggestions for maintenance and future updates/improvements. We like that we can call John in the future with any concerns or questions.nWe received a very detailed report with pictures that evening. Our agent, who was present for the home inspection also received a report with our permission. We highly recommend John for home inspection service.

John was very professional and very personable person to work with. His report was very detailed. The pictures were very helpful. He also had very good insights to what to look for. His report was in our email before we arrived at home. I would recommend John for an inspection if you are going to buy a home.
