I have been a long time renter with L12 and my experience with Jason at L12 Properties has been like no other rental place. His detail and care into rental properties are like no other especially for the Fox Valley Area. Our rental was also in a great location, far way enough from the college noice but still in the heart of the city. One final bit to my rant, if anything goes wrong with the rental as far as appliances or utilities he has a professional out right away to either fix it or replace it. He doesn’t half ass repairs on his rentals.

These luxury rental properties in oshkosh are amazing! They are Executive rentals for sure compared to local market! They are rental homes in oshkosh that stand out on their own! This company is changing the way people think about rental properties in Oshkosh WI! L12 properties puts 90% of its profits into the houses! That is one of the biggest reasons why we will be the best, we care about our tenants and houses much more than profits!
