Never rent from Mokler properties in Oshkosh ever. I rented from them for 2 years 2014-2016. My bathroom was severely flooded 3 times from a pipe burst in addition to at least 30 minor leaks over the past year. Plus they charged me a $900 water bill that I tried to fight with a lawyer but somehow I didn't win, so now I'm stuck paying. Also they have a constant bat problem where I have had over 6 bats in my house and they would not do anything to fix the problem. Blamed me for having doors open. I was out of town for 4 days no one was home no doors or windows opened and came home to bags. Also 20 different things I could list off. Never rent from them.

I scheduled a viewing on 9-6-19 for today 9-10-19 at 9am. I arrived at 9am on the dot and sat in the driveway for 20 minutes. I than emailed the lady Andrea who I scheduled the viewing with and called the office a bunch of times. I just ended up leaving after no response.nnEdit: Their was a miscommunication in scheduling the showing! I am going to try to schedule the showing again :)

The maintenance guys are super cool and nice when they come to help out. Sucks that it takes the landlord a week just to send them. But they aren't the worst landlords i have had so credit where credit is due.

My friends and I were looking to rent this house on woodland and waited about an hour and no body came I got a text saying confirm or deny and I confirmed it. This is ridiculous. You lost renters

after finishing my lease at 1140A High Ave all I can say is, what I said in the beginning, what a horrible operation they have going. These are the type of people that you’re going to need to file your serious complaints and comments through the house maintenance app portal because they can’t reply to a email in less than 2 weeks. Oh yeah, and you have to “set up and appointment” through there awful set up business hours to get a hold of them in person, if you lucky. Last but not least, they stole a whole months rent from my two roommates (who moved out a month ago aka when the lease ended) luckily I removed my bank info due to me feeling like they would try something sneaky like they did to my other roommates. There justification was that “we don’t deal with that side of it” “contact your back”. It’s the classic shady nasty landlord, you’ve been warned
