Had a wonderful realtor working with Moxy then all of the sudden she was released right in the middle of our purchase. This did not really affect us or the purchase of our home. However the owner said that it was her having to downsize, right afterwards she introduced a new realtor. Bad business in my mind and a huge loss on her end. My realtor is absolutely wonderful and quite frankly the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Find someone else if at all possible!
