Raintree III Apartments

Becka in the office is awesome. The maintenance guys get the job done. The location is nice. I love my apt. Great move in special too. All this equals an A rating from me.

The office is open, the staff is friendly and maintenance is awesome!!

It was a clean place to live at & pretty peaceful. I had friendly neighbors, it wasn’t far from my job. The only complaint I have is in the contract where you have to give a 30 day notice your moving or you don’t get your deposit back, I think there should be an exception there. My boyfriends job transferred him back to Louisiana & they didn’t definitely confirm until maybe 3 days before we moved so they kept our deposit which I think isn’t right all all!!!!! We always paid our rent on time, nothing was destroyed in the apartment, the apartment was spotless when we moved out, we turned in both keys & pool brackets so I believe we should get our deposit back in full!! Other than that it’s a good place to live.

Lovely place to live. Has a pool for the summer. Rent is descent. The people that own it are great people. Hope you have the same experience i have with raintree.
