Jack at Tractor Supply in Boone was incredibly helpful! My fianceé called ahead of time and had a lot of questions about buying a riding lawnmower. Jack answered all the questions, gave great advice, and made us feel confident that we were buying the right mower. When we got to the store, he continued to help us with everything we needed right up until the mower was in the back of the truck. Haven't had that kind of genuine, helpful customer service at any store in a long time. They just earned another customer for life. We’ll be going to Tractor Supply in Boone instead of Lowe’s from now on.

A Manager is a reflection of a business. If this statement is true, then the manager of TSC has this business on the map as friendly, helpful, and professional.nnI always get help when I need help with heavy items and there seems to be smiles and laughter by all the employees in the store.nnThe manager went above and beyond about a month ago when I was stung by a wasp outside the store. I am highly allergic to stings and he administered first aid.nnI am deeply grateful to the manager and the policies of the store.nnI have never been asked to wear a mask and I have always felt welcomed inside

I placed order for pickup went to go pick up, couldn’t find order after I got email saying ready for pickup, then refused to bring it out to the car after waiting half hour for them to find it. Then I was told they couldn’t do curbside because I came in to see about the order. I called manager and was told the asm would follow up and *make it right *... that never happened!! I guess I’ll go elsewhere since they couldn’t help me with 100 lbs of corn but could help another man with a bag of birdseed.

Swarming with people and Refuse to request the 10 customers not wearing masks to do so, or ask that those not wearing masks give space to others. Employee I spoke with was also not wearing a mask.
