I just left there and my Oldsmobile is shining bright like a diamond, girl!!! Hands down great service this time. I think there are new people working here now and they are very nice and took their time even though I have an older car. I noticed a streak on the window from where it dried too quickly and he wiped it dry! Interior and exterior were spotless!

I have been a customer of Excel Car Wash for several years and have always received excellent service. This past Wednesday(3/24/21), it had just started to rain after my wash, and one of the team members was explaining that they couldn’t vacuum my car in the rain. Before I could get in my car, the crew outside pulled my car into their detailing garage and completely cleaned the inside of my car for me, even though it wasnt their normal procedure. Definitely went above and beyond...even vacuumed out all the crumb from my toddlers car seat. I highly recommend Excel Car Wash!

Had a great experience at Excel car wash from the moment we entered to watching the car be complete shiny and clean. The staff was professional and helpful and based on the research done on other competitors the pricing was fair. I would recommend this to my friends and will be coming back next time my car needs a cleaning!

We always have a great experience here. The staff is always prompt, courteous and efficient. We have tried several places in the area and always come back here. We’ve actually become VIP members and couldn’t be happier with their service time and time again.

I opted for the $85.00 PLATINUM inside/outside wash for my truck. I was told it would be about an hour, 45 minutes later it was done. After walking around the truck I was very disappointed, the truck is black, I get it, it’s hard to get it 100%. There was dirt around the badges on the doors, door handles, step tubes and wheels. I brought it to the managers attention. He said pull back around and we’ll do it again. I appreciated that and I did. The crew went over it again but there are still areas that needed attention. The team mate said your all set....I just got in and left. No sense of beating a dead horse. I’ll touch up those spots missed when I get home. I just thought for $85.00 there would be more attention to detail.
