Five guys is always a good go to for a good, quick meal. This location however leaves a lot to be desired. Undercooked fries, no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger, a cashier who wanted to argue about how many cups we should have even after showing our receipt. We were told 3 minutes for the sweet tea to be made, it took 20. It wasn't very busy and there a full house behind the counter. Seems to just be poorly run. We will not be back to this location.

For my last two visits (ordered online for pickup), service was excellent and friendly. Last night, most of the staff were even singing along to the Christmas music!nStore was sparking clean, and food was fresh. Appreciated the positive experience!

$64 later and not one of six burger orders was correct. The order receipt was correct but I guess they didn't read it. A very expensive mistake going here to buy dinner for my family.

I have a routine in which I partake in every time that I visit this area...large fries and one,” extra large” vanilla; banana; malted shake to go. (They don not have but one size, but it keeps them on their toes though).

So first off, the staff acted as if we were lucky to be there. Then, I ordered a hot dog that was sliced and served on a hamburger bun, because they said they were out of hOtdog buns. It was 55 degrees outside and the A/C was on, the place was like an icebox inside. The drink machine was out of ice, the fries were burnt and the cost was exorbitant! A terrible experience and hard on the pocket book$!
