One of my top 3 favorite Taco Bell locations in Raleigh. The ladies who work here are sweet and friendly. They get my order specifications right every time. The tortillas aren’t always the freshest, but everything else about this location makes up for it.
Visited this Taco Bell today for the first time. I looking to grab some tacos for an outdoor NFL watch party. The cashier was very unprofessional. She had difficulty explaining the menu clearly. Maybe they are more concerned with drive thru wait time than order accuracy at this location. Unprofessionalism came into the picture, when challenged about the order accuracy the cashier became irate. But looking back the cashier voice dictation changed when I was placing my order. Temperament is very important in customer facing positions. The sad thing about it, is I thought I saw a manager pin on the cashier and the cashier's attitude was that sour .......... it was only 12pm today. If that is the case, that person does not have the demeanor to be in management based on our interaction.
RUDE employees. The surliest woman in Raleigh works at this store. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes. Everyone in the store was complaining. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
