I have known Hank Nalley with Capital City Chem-Dry for six years. I have been responsible for getting carpets, rugs, and upholstery cleaned in critical offices in State Government: Governors Office, Lt. Governor, Dept. of Administration, and NC Dept. of State Treasurer. Hank has always responded with fast, courteous, and excellent service. His work has always been stellar and I highly recommend his company to anyone.
As a Real Estate agent here in Raleigh with Allen Tate, I have relied on Hank and his work on carpets and area rugs and orientals for years ..... and he also takes great care of my home rugs and carpet!!! I have known him for years and he gets 5 plus stars!!

I have lived in many states and I have to say the Captial City Chem,-Dry Raleigh is a family owned business with AMAZING customer service. Hank has gone above and beyond cleaning our carpets between our 2 little dogs and teenagers he comes every 6 months. He even came for a horrible emergency we had when a pet-sitter invite 20 dogs into our home. Needless to say, you don't have to look any farther. AMAZING!
