I took 6 or 7 pairs of designer jeans that cost me around $100 per pair into get hemmed. She hemmed all but one pair too short and ruined the rest. I can't wear them now and am out $500-$600 dollars because of her work. I will never go here for alterations ever again and because of this I won't even have anything dry cleaned here. I had wrongfully assumed that because this was her profession she knew what she was doing. I had to replace the jeans and pay again to have someone else hem the new ones. When she pinned them they were long enough. Some how between when I left and when I picked them up they became too short and are now high waters. They were all boot cut or whatever so I can't even wear them as skinny jeans or roll them to make capris. They are unwearable for me. Horrible experience, I would NOT recommend this business for your alteration needs.
Absolutely amazing experience. Donna went above and beyond for me. I had a bridesmaids dress that needed special cleaning ASAP due to the wedding being very soon. She was able to get all the stains out and was a pleasure to work with! Thank you! Never going anywhere else after this. They have a customer for life.
We take my husband's dress shirts to this location.. several weeks ago we got one back FULL of cuts..appeared to be like knife cuts. The attendant said we must have brought it in that way. LOl..I think not. I let it go because I didn't feel like arguing. This morning we pulled another one of his custom made dress shirts out of the closet still in the plastic wrap and AGAIN it had a cut mark by the collar and a mark on the collar. So I put a message out on Facebook to see if anyone else has had issues...well in less than 30 minutes two of my friends stated the same thing happened to their husbands shirts. How dare you accuse us of bringing a shirt in like that when you KNOW you have a problem. Will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. Customer service?? None.
Local dry cleaner that I have used for 17 years. Great service. Clean store. Timely. Always friendly. Home delivery/pick up if you desire. Will fix buttons if cracked. Cant go wrong with this place.
Went to have a zipper put in a jacket. The person behind the counter said it would be $40 to 45 dollars. I said no. Put in a new metal zipper in..cost 5.99 and took 20 minutes. Highway robbery. Will never go to them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. I give them a minus 5 stars.
