FATman Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our hot water heater. Joshua was really kind and knowledgeable about our system. He took the time to explain to my husband and I the exact parts that needed to be replaced. He went out of his way to help us even when there was an unexpected pipe issue that was found. Being new to the area, we really appreciate the service with FATman Plumbing and would definitely use them in the future!
Alex seemed knowledgeable. I was just a little surprised that he had to go to the store to buy the piece he needed. Somehow I thought the guys carried all that stuff in their trucks. (This comment was from service 6/5/20) 11/23/20: Ken is a really good plumber. Quickly found the problem and had it fixed quickly. And since the work was under warranty, no extra charge.

FATman Plumbing has been my go to plumbing service since I moved here from NY in 2016. In my first house they came and helped me with putting in my water softener and then servicing it. They replaced two toilets and never had an issue again. I have recommended them to all of my clients and they have all said they were on time, courteous and professional. When I moved to my new home they came and out a whole water filter system, which has been the best investment ever.nnI highly recommend FATman they always show up, any issue is taken care of immediately.
