Great people and the best subs you can get from a chain store
Used to be a good location but keep messing up my order week after week and I’m tired of it. Order online and get home and my order is wrong every single time. Finally got a refund for my order today after I kept letting it slide. They are friendly and quick but more attention needs to be paid or I guess I need to come and stand in line to order and make sure that they are putting together my order correctly.
Great service and the food is always good.
In light of the fact that dozens of Charlotte restaurants have been issued a citation for not following protocols for Covid-19 I write to tell of my experience. I entered the store and a man was ordering. He did not wear a mask. At no point, from ordering, to paying, to filling his beverage cup did he wear a mask. No Jersey Mike's staff member said a word about it. I had a similar experiebce a short while agoand spoke to the owner about it. Obviously he has made the decision not to comply. Now I will boycott his stores and contact the governor's office so they will pay the store a visit.
