Everyone is always so nice to me at this location if I do online or walk in or call they are always so happy and super friendly and helpful! I live In Lancaster my step boys live In Charlotte so I stop by your location often. My sweetie loved HT subs (why Is unbeknownst to me) Now I’ve introduced your fabulous sandwiches to him and your wonderful customer service, he often calls me and asked me to order him a sandwich if he’s anywhere near there just so he can swing by to enjoy your sandwich’s !! Thank you

Great food and service and they practice SAFETY guidelines during COVID-19. We do not order from restaurants that do not wear masks properly and at least attempt to social distance as much as possible. Thank you, Jersey Mike’s, for showing you care about your customers and employees by enforcing these important safety measures! You will continue to get our business- keep up the good work!

I love Jersey Mike's but am not a fan of this one. Everytime I've ordered their bread is always never cut completely right and last time I went their meats didn't taste fresh like Jersey Mike's usually does but tasted more processed kind of like Subway.nnUpdate: Store smells bad now

i come here multiple times a week with my toddler and they are awesome. the management is excellent and the food is consistently great as well.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. I tried using their app , made my order and paid in full so my husband could just pick up easily since we have a new born at home. First I get a call from a young man telling me that one of my four sandwiches cannot be made since their truck was late which was disappointing but understandable. I asked him to hold on so I could look for another sandwich, he then starts to call me sir which is very offensive since I am clearly a woman. I didn’t answer him since at first I thought he was speaking to someone else, he then hangs up on me. I was very upset at this point and called back to speak to a supervisor. The same young man picks up and jokingly asked a man by the name of Daniel if he’s a supervisor which I thought was very u professional. I spoke to him and told him what happened, he says they have the steak for my sandwich not to worry and that he will speak to the other guy. I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated here today. Rude isn’t the word. The GM or owner needs to fire this young man for how he treats the customers. It’s appalling to say the least and I won’t be frequenting this store again anytime soon.
