Ordered a Family meal and they forgot to give me the biscuits. Called the restaurant to let them know. Very poor customer service. Never even apologized.

Terribly slow- took over 30 minutes to get 1 meal. Forgot the honey mustard and then told us if we want it, we need to come inside to get it even though it was their fault. Poor customer service.

I was always hesitant to try it at the previous location due to all of the negative reviews. Since they moved, I've gone multiple times. The service is good, they've gotten the order correct every time, and the food is consistent and good. No complaints.

Best Bo Rounds and Steak Biscuit I've had from any Bojangles. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
