Mr. and Mrs. Han have been caring for our clothes for many years. They are superb professionals, do a great job, and are very accommodating. They are a very reserved people, but very very nice. We get my husband’s dress shirts and slacks done there, and any dry cleaning needed. They have also done some alterations for us and we were very pleased. A couple of years ago my husband locked his keys in his (running) car and Mr. Hang was very kind to help him get his other set of keys from home!

Do not take anything you can’t replace. Sad to write a poor review, but people read reviews for garments they care about, so I will share. Been using them for a while and all garments were fine and prices reasonable. Recently, they stained (somehow) a light linen shirt we brought in. He acknowledged the discoloring And offered to redo it at no charge. When I returned, those stains were gone, but new ones were all over. I was not mad but did ask about it. He denied anything on their end and blamed us for makeup on the inside of the shirt- my husband does not wear makeup and the discoloring was all over. I was not grumpy with them and simply asked if they would replace a damaged shirt. Again denying any wrong-doing, he grumpily dismissed me. I politely left, but will not be returning.

I've been going here for three years and had never had a problem until recently when I went to pick up a king-sized down comforter with my claim ticket and she could not find it. She kept saying that I must have already picked it up but could not offer any proof and laughed at me. An expensive lesson learned. I will never return.
