Dalia's provides a great service at a very affordable rate. They get the job done quickly, but the best part of my experience with * 7 Stars Carpet Cleaning in Charlotte NC was the customer service! When someone is coming into your home or business, that's what you want. Good honest and positive people. Highly recommend there service!

Tremendous experience! Easy to book online. Received a confirmation email after booking that include all the necessary details, including a video of helpful hints to make the process easiest. Received a confirmation email the day before the appointment. Eric was extremely professional throughout the time at our home. The carpets looked great when he had completed the job. I will use the company again in the future and would highly recommend it for anyone else.

Awesome experience!!! Eric (Absolute Resurface, Inc.), the owner, was extremely professional. The service that he rendered was nothing short of exceptional, and the icing on the cake (figuratively speaking) was that he was relatively quick. The level of detail that this company exercises is unmatched. In my personal opinion, he is a hidden treasure and stands heads and shoulders above some of the other commercial carpet cleaners. Before I hired him to do my cleaning I actually looked at a few of his YouTube videos. I encourage you to take a look and draw your own conclusions. These videos are a wonderful tool to help you glean exactly what to expect of his work. Because I am a stickler for customer service, I really appreciate the fact that he offers a 100% triple guarantee- though I haven't had to use it. I have called many companies to search for the best one with the best price. I have received a number of Absolute Resurface Incorporated from my sister. When I called, Eric gave me the best deal and came the same weak as requested. Eric did a fantastic job in my house. He was very precise and detailed. He did everything I asked for and more.
