Horrible service for alterations. I took a dress to be taken in for sizing. Staff was unprofessional and very slow. When I picked up my dress she handed it to me in a Harris Teeter bag all wrinkled. I went to pay and she says only cash, so I had to run and get cash to give her. They did not even hang it or press it for me.Needless to say, I will not be returning here. Do not waste your time here getting alterations!!!!!!!!!
I left my husband's clothes and the children's clothes to wash. It was really good because it was well organized, clean, and staffed.
I've tried really hard to use this cleaners. It's convenient to my house and everything. Unfortunately, I can't give them any more of my business. My husband wears 3xl dress shirts. When I picked the shirts up the collars were horribly wrinkled. It looked like the shirts had been laid down in a van for transfer. Anyway, when I mentioned this I was told they used a smaller hanger than other dry cleaners. Ok, I'll admit I was curious. I took the shirts to another cleaners and when I picked them up they were NOT wrinkled. I took the hanger from that dry cleaners and compared it to Carriage Cleaners and they were the SAME SIZE!nI feel like it's a waste of money to use Carriage Cleaners when I have to iron the shirts again when I get home.
Posted hours say open until 7:00. Went at 6:45, the open sign was lit and I could see a person inside but the door was locked. The person inside did not look up. Needless to say I will not go back. I wish there was a way to give negative stars.
