The Automatic sprayer went from the front to the back Spraying on the soap. When it got to the back of the vehicle it started back to the front rinsing. I thought that had to be the prewash but oh no.....It said for me to exit slowly and have a nice day which I couldn't because I just wasted money on a car wash and I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get it Clean. I'm all about the small business owner and making money but that was robbery. There is still soap all over the car and all the windows now have dried soap on them. Better spend my money wisely because you won't get any more of it.
So glad this is right around the block from my house. Even though 99% of the time, I wash my cars in my driveway, sometimes I need to use this place. Well maintained.
The owner of this place has got this place working great! It's equipment works better than some of the bigger operations around Charlotte.
Good carwash, but the automatic carwash isn't great and will not take cash
