We have used Justin for years to do repairs at my home, my moms, my brothers and my grandmas. All with excellent service. The problem has been with his wife. The last time i tried to schedule work to fix my moms two showers and kithcen faucet it took five calls over three weeks to get them to finally come and then mom was stood up and they came the next day. All was forgiven bc Justin did a great job. Today my sons well pump went out and he called and spoke to Justins wife and she hung up on him for no reason and wouldnt answer when he tried to call back. We have thought very highly of them and know the family but this is twice now. I dont know what has happened but we will never use their service again. Talk about hurt feelings.
They're awesome! Nice people! I would recommend them a thousand times. They've fixed stuff for me at my house and at my mom's house for about 4 years now! Always do a great job and very informative!
Called March 4 about a pump problem. March 14 and no response.
The best plumber in the area. He will give you a fair price and do excellent work. Very punctual and once he starts a job, he finishes it in a timely manner. His wife is very nice too.
We'd never used Tew's before, but when Justin came out, he quickly took care of our problem. He is super professional and so happy to make suggestions that we can do ourselves and educated us on our well system. We can not recommend Justin Tew more than any plumber we've ever worked with.
