Drove through town today in our camper and John made an exception for us to place our order inside the restaurant. We were very pleased with our experience. Our food was spot on and the crew was very friendly. Keep up the great work!

We ordered 5 cheloopa boxes with soft tacos instead of hard tacos. When we got home we were missing two of the soft tacos. Don't know if I will ever go back to that taco bell.

So in my experience, I had a special order with a lot of take offs and when I got back to work I had gotten so busy that I wasn’t able to check my order. Long story short my order had all that I asked them to take off but by time I realized they had closed. so I sent an email and forgot about it and the following business day the general manager contacted me. He remade my order for free and apologized I felt really valued as a customer he was polite and made sure that everything was made perfect before I walked out of that door. His name was Mr. John O’Neil. I will definitely be returning because he went above and beyond and I am grateful for his great customer service skills. And this was In Rockingham.

Called in because our order was not correct. Had to wait 15 plus minutes because they had to wait on meat. I thought I had ordered soft tacos but I did not. That's my fault. But there were items missing from my order and stuff that I did not order included. There was about a tablespoon of meat on the crunch wrap. And when I called the manager was rude and kept cutting me off. I get that I was wrong about the tacos but not anything else. This is not the first time I have had trouble here and I don't foresee any future visits to be any better so we will just have to stop going.
