Roy repaired our San Spa walk-in tub. It was a small thing, but he really knows all about these units. Being thorough, he made sure to check out the unit completely as well as advise us on how to keep it running well. Confidently recommend him should you wish to install a walk-in tub!!
This is John Peterson with Peterson Construction in New Bern. I don’t have a Google account so I’m using my girlfriend’s. She is the one who recommended Roy to me for my construction jobs. I’ve been using him ever since then. I do a lot of remodels on historic homes and sometimes the plumbing can be tricky, but Roy has had no problems with any work I have needed him to do. I highly recommend him.

Bath Worxs replaced my shower in my master bath. The new solid surface walls and base they installed looks better than I imagined. They also noticed my water heater was leaking so I had them replace it. Overall the experience with this company is over the top. I will definitely use them again.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We were in a bind and they showed up and did a wonderful job.
