It was good. This time my order was correct but there has been a few times it was wrong. The manager made up for it though! He was extremely friendly and charming!
Went to this site and ordered at the drive through a cravings box and they told me that is only available through the mobile app. I understood this and asked if I can just order through the mobile app and they said I have to go back through the line and we are the only ones in line lol. So I go back through and they claim they don’t have half the things I ordered available. I was very patient and said that was okay and asked if I could just get a refund for the things y’all don’t have and I’ll take the rest. Apparently they do not do refunds on mobile orders. Again I was still being nice and patient while the manager was being very rude to me while trying to figure out the solution. Yes I know I am ordering food at 11pm at night but that is no excuse to be rude to customers and act like I’m taking up so much of your time.
I've never gotten anything bad at this taco bell from the years I've eaten here. They also made sure to have the new freezie flavor available on time. The customer service is a bit rough at times, but otherwise the good is really good.
Food was tasteful but not hot. Asked for no sour cream on 2 Chalupas and both had it up there. ud83dudc81ud83dude0f
