I decided to go to the Firetower location this evening to redeem my points for a free regular sandwich. To say the least, I would consider myself to be a regular customer of this location. These past few times, I’ve had not so great service. Today just seemed like the last straw. An employee was downright rude to my roommate and I, it felt as if he was rushing us and being rude even though it seemingly was not busy at the time we went. I didn’t pay it much attention but when other customers walked in, they were treated in the same manner. The food was rushed as well. The sandwiches were messy and falling apart and they did not taste good either. I do not think I will be returning to this location.
Great subs! I would have given 5 stars, but the person taking our order was not pleasant.
Shoutout to Brian's professionalism and customer service. My wife and I ordered delivery but I had made a mistake when ordering online and received a sub that I could not eat. Called the store thinking that they had messed-up, Brian explained to me my mistake but still offered to re-make the sub. Much appreciative, and will be visiting/ordering frequently!
Fresh, delicious. Yummy! Worth the price. Fast friendly service.
