Usually the food is the best thing about Bojangles. Not this time. Had the 4 piece supreme dinner. The biscuit was great. The french fries were cold and stale and the chicken supremes had very little chicken and overcooked. So disappointed.
Always busy but they get you in and out fast despite being so busy. Have been there many times and only once have I had an order be wrong & they fixed the mistake promptly. The staff is always friendly and.helpful. You can count on your food being hot and fresh.
Clearly stated what I wanted but gives me the wrong size mashed potatoes and charged a dollar extra for gravy. Needs new pa system or new ear pieces for staff to better their hearing. Poor service if you ask me. Not to mention I asked for bo rounds and they gave me fries.
Typically this location has good service. Today no one was at the register for four minutes as I and another customer just waited. Take out was very busy as it was raining, also with the covid going on. You could definitely tell the inside customers were not a priority. On a good note the food was very good, the grits hot and delicious.
Store very dirty, employees were more interested in enjoying conversation among themselves than taking care of custimers. Don't intend going back ever again... Their is a better & cleaner Bojangles in Chocowinety on Bragaw Road...
