Arby's is one of our go to fast food places. The quality of the food has always been very good. The last two visits the staff at this location have not been very friendly. This visit we ordered a couple milk shakes after we finished our meal. They had no other customers in front of me, it took nine minutes to get two milk shakes. I went back to the counter after seven minutes , asked, they clicked on the screen that was blank (dark), then made them as I watched. Yeah, the food and shakes were good, the service needs work. Oh, I was prompted on my phone asking for this review. I was just gonna let it go. We will go back, I hope they go back to the excellent service of the past.

Arby's is my fave! I love getting the mozzarella sticks with Brono Berry Sauce! And I love their cookies. Best customer service ever!

Most of the time I usually drive pass both Arby's locations because I very seldom see cars in the parking lot or at the drive-thru. But I decided to give it a try because I saw several cars in the parking lot and drive-thru. The curly fries were good but the fire roasted Philly had too much garlic aiol on it and very little roasted red and yellow pepper on it. I will buy a roast beef sandwich the next time.nnOn Dec 23rd at around 7:30 pm I decided to try Arby's once again but this time the double roast beef meal, it was pretty good and I like that they warm the double chocolate chip cookies. I went to the one on Fire Tower Rd and the young lady at the window was very nice. I give 4 star's for the food and 5 star's for the young lady at the window.

This Arbys is great! It is super clean and the staff is friendly the assistant manager Amber is awesome! I went in and she was the one that took my order I asked her to meke sure that my cheese sticks were cooked all the way and she asked If I had got them undercooked before I told her I had gotten them still frozen in the middle but it was at the other arbys she apologized that that happened and gave me a replacement even though it wasn't even at her restaurantud83dudcaf we'll definitely be back!
