Yesterday, I placed an online order for pickup at this location, and had a pleasant experience.nnI arrived fairly soon before my order was said to be ready, but didn't go in until just a few minutes before the time I was given. I walked up to the pickup spot, told the employee my name, and they handed my order to me, which was ready on the counter behind them. Quick and easy!nnMy order was correct, and my food was perfectly made and delicious. I will definitely be going back!

I always have issues at this location. But today no one ever came to the speaker to take the order, when I drove up the girl had to call the other associate on her cell phone to come take my order from out back.... and they left at least 3 ingredients off of the sandwich once I actually got the food. I absolutely will not waste my time here again.

Some staff friendly, polite and helpful, while others are in the back laughing and caring on as the customer waits... Not a good thing. Food is good however.

Have always had a great experience at this location until today when the staff member told me she would be right back to take my order in 15 minutes later, I decided to move onto the next subway location

Usually I would have such awesome things to say about this location. Today however i was sadly disappointed. First, the speaker was still broken which I had no issue with because we would've ordered at the window once the car in front of us left....WRONGnnWe get to the window after the car leaves, no associate. I knocked on the window..still nothing. I blew my horn...nothing. I knocked on the window harder and still no one camennIt was not like it was crowded. I pulled off and went to chic-fil-a
