Absolutely outstanding cleaning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We had a fairly challenging house to clean as it was long overdue. White Tie Maids sent a team of 3 cleaners who came in and were very polite and professional. We also have 2 dogs also and they were able to get all of the hair from the floors and furniture. You won't regret calling them to clean your home.

We hired White Tie Maids for a move out cleaning and they did a truly terrible job. The floors weren't swept or mopped in some of the rooms. Cabinet fronts weren't wiped down. There was very little evidence that anyone had been by. I contacted the manager who assured me that they would send someone else to do a better job but no improvement. I've called numerous times since and left messages but they haven't returned any of my calls.

I scheduled my appointment for a house cleaning online- already a major plus! I received mails alerting me that my online booking had been received and was scheduled as well as letting me know when my cleaning team would arrive at my home. The day before I received a wonderful reminder text about my cleaning as well. The team was excellent and the job they did was excellent! It was wonderful arriving home to a sparkling clean home- made my whole weekend that much better! I have signed up for them to come every two weeks since I was VERY pleased with my cleaning. The company is also VERY prompt at answering your emails and calls!

I got bamboozled. I paid $435 dollars for their “services. This was supposed to include oven cleaning and window/blinds cleaning. No only did they do half the job I paid for, they didn’t clean any of the extras. I got a call from the “manager” 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up(9 am) stating they they had car trouble and I they would be there between 11-12. At 12:15 they showed up and began. The cleaning was scheduled to last 7 hours and 45 minutes. They left at 4:45. I’m not the best at math but that doesnt add up. The kitchen was barely touched. The counter tops are still dirty. None of the base boards were cleaned. It doesn’t even look like they mopped the house with wood floors. If you wanted to know who to not hire to clean your house. This is the company.
