I reached out to Ben and he responded very quickly. He set everything up for me over the phone and made things very easynThe service he provided was outstanding. My home has white carpets that had multiple stains from over the years that were the result of pets, food, and high traffic stains from walking and furniture. Ben was there for only 2 hours and the carpets look brand new! His price was great too! Better price than other cleaners I looked at it. Will definitely be using him again.
We are from NJ and called Ben to clean our son's 2 couches the day we moved them into their college house. We chose Ben over a national company since he was local and we like to give local people our business. Ben was super thorough and put on his headband and attacked those two couches and left no nook or cranny uncleaned. Those old couches looked and smelled brand new and the color completely changed back to the original shade. We had no idea how filthy they were until Ben bought them back to life. He worked up a serious sweat and we felt like he cleaned them as if they were for his own kid's house. 10/10, highly recommend Premium Care Solutions and Ben!
