Just picked up some shirts this morning! Also a quick turnaround time, and a professional job. I've used thier services for years and never once had an issue. Fair price and friendly staff.

The bottom line, take your dry cleaning to A Cleaner and avoid wasting your time at Bowen Cleaners.nnI took my shirt to this store and asked them to do anything they could to take out a stain. I did not know what it was from because it was on the back of the shirt. Someone could have bumped into me at an event and spilled any number of things that stained the shirt.nnI told them the shirt with the stain is worthless to me because I cannot wear it. I asked them to try everything, even if it could damage the shirt. They said they would call when it was read for pickup since they would run the shirt through the cleaning process as many times as needed to take out the stain.nnA week later, I stopped by to ask about the shirt and they had it hanging in the back for pickup. Nobody had called me and they did not get the stain out. They said it was only sent through the cleaning process once, but they would repeat the process if I could leave the shirt with them.nnAfter three more days, I stopped by again to find the shirt - with the stain - hanging in the back ready for pickup. At this point they repeated the story about sending it back through the cleaning process if I would leave it with them again.nnBowen Cleaners took my $3 and did not even attempt to clean my shirt the way they had promised. I tried multiple times and left my shirt with them for 10 days.nnAt this point, I have lost all trust that Bowen Cleaners will even attempt to complete the job as requested.nnSince they could not get the job done, I stopped by A Cleaner to see if they were up to the task. To my surprise- A Cleaner got the stain out. I will never take anything to Bowen Cleaners again and I suggest you take your dry cleaning to A Cleaner.

HORRIBLE! Horrible! Horrible!! I cannot day enough how horrible this business is. The service was terrrible! The staff were EXTREMELY RUDE!! We took shirts there for at least 6 mo and almost every time we picked our shirts up and brought them home they were wrong - shirts starched that weren’t supposed to be - shirts not starched that needed it. Buttons were broken....that was all frustrating but the rudeness of the staff and their lack of care or concern for their mistakes and just downright ugly behavior towards us was just unbelievable!!!!

They provide good service for alterations and cleaning.
