I've been to this location and number of times and every time I've had excellent experiences.nnI most certainly can't anyone else has bad reviews but in my experience the staff have been very knowledgeable, quick to assist me, drinks are always refill before I get halfway through and the conversation is always fun.nnI think it really boils down to is the waiter or waitress you get

I’m not usually the type to leave a bad review, but I wanted to share. Literally had 0 refills the whole time I were there.. we were never checked on the entire time. I even sat my cup at the end of the table, and couldn’t ask for a refill because the waitress were too busy doing nothing outside or in the back of the restaurant visibly goofing off with her coworkers. Sorry for the bad review Waffle House but someone deserves to know!

Normally love coming here for dinner but today, for breakfast, something went horribly wrong. We called in our usual order, plus one extra item. The price doubled and the order was not remotely right. We tried to talk to the employee up front about their mistake, because we corrected them twice on the phone but no solution was made other than it is what it is. Would like to speak to a manager even though I don't normally feel this strongly about food. The employee was showing clear disinterest in their work and I am overall disappointed in the experience.nnUpdatenChose to call the waffle house and try to speak with a manager and the offending employee answered. Refusing to let us speak with the manager, she chose to be argumentative so we will just not be partaking in this Waffle House anymore. We just received a call from the offending employee claiming the manager made our order. I ordered a double hashbrown with mushroom. I received a triple hashbrown with like 4 pieces of mushrooms and triple onion. It is not what I asked for and cost me double what I normally pay. But clearly they'd rather argue, with such clear lack of care on the manager's part it is no wonder the employees don't care either.

I have to say that the reason they didn't get 5 stars was because when I walked in I didn't see anyone because they were all in the back talking. And I was sitting at a table for 10 minutes before someone came out if the back. And the first thing she said was (I didn't know anyone was out here. I told her she didn't know because they were to busy talking in the back to realize someone walked into the store. But she did take my order and the cook took the time to make sure that the food was to my liking and she did more to make sure I was happier then the waitress did. So because of this is why I gave it 3 stars. If not for this it would have been - 2.
