Been a member for over a year. The best customer service I received was from a young man named Garret. The machine did not buff my car or shine tires completely. He apologized, came out and took car of my car. Being that I could not do it due to transplant surgery. I was grateful. He took the time to make it right. Without me having to ask. He's the best I've encountered. Thanks for hiring this young man. He makes your business well worth it. He deserves a job well done and more. Just got hooked up with the monthly basic wash... Great deal, and I can upgrade the service as needed if needed. The staff is very friendly and always does a good job on the prep side prior to the wash. Very impressed.
My favorite car wash so far, tried so many and seems the most consistent. I have the managers special and when I can ill bring my car 3x a week. Will they still gave the all purpose cleaner and scent one. But with new owners there's always cuts, so fully understandable.
Great people and great quality car wash. They have top of the line equipment and well-trained staff. The owners are truly passionate about the business and that reflects in every car wash. I was impressed with the shine on my truck after not washing it in weeks and not waxing in over a year. More than just an automatic car wash, at very low prices.
By far the best car wash in town I have been going for months now and have nothing but positive things to say. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
