I truly wish there was a longer drying time. My vehicle is never dried. I do not like this at all.nI wish the entry lane was more easily navigated. It is at such an almost hairpin curve, you risk hitting those big balls used as barriers.nFinally, the person guiding you onto the track should not be dressed in black with black gloves, they are very hard to see!
We have been taking all of our vehicles to Mister car wash for years. Now in the last couple of months their machine (right by the tire shiner) has ripped off my back windshield wiper. The entire unit, the blade and arm. We have never had an issue before and we are not using the wiper during the car wash. The machine has been working stronger that we’ve noticed. We just cancelled all 3 of our accounts because we can’t afford to have our new vehicles getting ruined by your machines. We have never had a problem before. We had recommended lots of family members in the past, but now we are very unsatisfied with the service provided. I have talked with workers there and they said there is nothing they can do. My husband said that the last time he had gotten a wash someone else had something ruined in their vehicle. This is my mind is very poor service!! You need to fix the problem!!!
I like the convenience of having the pass. Just driving up and being guided in is helpful. The vacuums work well. One suggestion would be during bug season to spray the front grill and windshield with more of the bug cleaner. I do a lot of highway driving in the summer and the front doesn't always come clean.
Wish the car would dry better but overall quite satisfied. Employees are very friendly and pleasant.
