Dale did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and rug. He was careful with my furniture and accessories and thorough in completing all required steps. He provided a complete carpet cleaning process from spot cleaning first to “raking” the carpet at the end. He also willing redid a small area I requested him to redo. Finally, Dale was very polite and respectful. I would recommend him to a friend. Thank you for a job well done.
Service was excellent. Tech was very informative. He explained what he was doing and appropriately how long it would take. He kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely recommend them to others.
