I was NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the lack of soap dispensed from the Spray Wand, though there was MORE THAN ENOUGH FROM THE BRUSH! I was NOT comfortable with the customer who I was assisting and REALLY WANTED TO GET THE HECK away from the visit and the customer, so I didn't even think about registering my concerns. The Bay was NOT equipped for the FULL-SIZE VAN, and my customer was an ANNOYING INDIVIDUAL who I WILL NEVER work for AGAIN IN THIS LIFE OR THE NEXT!
