I was impressed with the place. Had been 20 plus years since I had used a laundry mat.
They refused to spot me 75cent till I got back from the cash machine that do not supply.
Felt staff was unprofessional. Bathroom wasn't clean and smelled horrible. Also, with the company they allow to come in, they don't have a sign up for other customers to let them know that machines aren't able to be used.nI definitely don't recommend using them especially when there is another place down the road.
This place is VERY clean. Staff VERY friendly. Businesses are to make money of course. HOWEVER...They have a contract with a rental business that does their laundry every week. The owners allow this business to come in and they block off machines for them specifically. They are allowed to take up every table . The ppl coming in has put floor mats down for them to stand on at which point I have tripped over and could have fallen. You are VERY limited on washers and dryers during that time. So as a customer I feel like the rest of us do NOT matter bc if we were, the owners would NOT allow this. So I have been going elsewhere. NOT that it matters to the owners of the laundromat.
Very clean, great parking, good machines. Friendly staff.
