I am a member and have been using this car wash for awhile. I have a brand new truck that was perfect until I took it through here. I now have a scratch on the side by the windshield that was not there the day before. I talked to the manager that was to review the tape to see if it was there already but could not see a scratch but thinks because of the color it might not have been able to be seen. I know for a fact there wasn't one. I will no longer be a member here and will not do business with a company that doesn't stand behind its service. I'm done! two other members of my family are thinking about canceling their membership too! that's 90 a month they wont be getting anymore

I came here with hopes of getting a decent wash on my truck. I paid for the most expensive wash they gave which includes everything. Only to be completely disappointed in the wash. I don’t feel like I should feel the need to go hand wash my truck after paying $25 to get it washed. The vacuums were sub par. I paid for the dry n shine expecting it to be pretty much dry after and realize the entire back half of my truck was still completely wet like I just sprayed it with a hose. I guess by comparison to the green clean one I used where I use to live I expected similar experience and was completely disappointed. Definitely not worth the price if you have to go hand wash after.

My SUV wheel wells & below my front bumper were not cleaned. I asked the attendant to Please use the brush, she said it was mud & they couldn't clean it! She said only the pressure washer can be used. It was still dirty after I said something. The whole time she was at my car she kept calling me rude.nNext visit not a problem to use the brush.nNext visit I asked the attendants to use the brush, he said no, that is mud I said trust me it is water from a mud puddle. He then began using foul language. There was mud clumps on my back hatch that he cleaned.nI told the manager I don't appreciate your attendants cussing at me.nThe Manager terminated my plan because I wanted my SUV cleaned!nUPDATE: Owner says he Apologizies that is all I got! The owner refuses to answer my messages on Facebook.nI called corporate, they don't care about customers either. Never answered my messages. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
