I started going to this salon some years ago...at least five. I have had Rachael and Toni. They are amazing. I had wanted to do something funky to my hair, and Rachael had given me a color and cut that gives me compliments from everyplace I go. They are both intelligent, professional, knowledgeable. I have places so much closer to home, no thanks. They both are great artists, and the products they suggest are “on point.” I trust them implicitly.

Katie is the reason I have been coming to this salon for the past 20 years, the west side location would be closer to my home. She never disappointed me and always made me feel good about my hair and myself. She always went above and beyond and was a true leader. I never walked away dissatisfied and would always recommend her to my friends. She is an amazing person and a great hairstylist. Finding Katie was such a blessing. Katie will truly be missed by her co-workers, clientele, and especially me. What a huge loss to Cost Cutters

I have been a client of Katie Rothe for 3 1/2 years and can’t say enough good things about her work as a stylist and personable person. While visiting the salon in early March of 2020, Katie was doing my hair and the owners came to visit. They stood next to Katie’s station and told me they wished they could duplicate her because of the beautiful work she did. I find it hard to believe that less than six months later, Tina walked Katie off the job with no written Or verbal warning . Katie is missed terribly by her clientele and I personally think the owners should have been consulted. Perhaps they need to take a closer look at Tina . Just My Humble Opinion as a satisfied client of Katie’s.

Was extremely disappointed to find out my appointment was cancelled, not by letting me know in a phone call but to find out by a sign on the door! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not that all appointments aren't important, but this was for a funeral. Katie has always made arrangements to squeeze me in with my busy schedule and I know she would not let me down on such an important day. She is the only reason my wife and I go to this location as she has always been so great to our family. After following up, it was brought to my attention that she no longer worked there. It would have been nice if she stylist wasn't there to at least have one of the other girls cut my hair for me, but apparently letting your customers know with a sign on the door is how you do business! With that being said, who is your manager now? Is there a license stating showing that? My wife and I typically only go to managers as we don't trust newbies with your turnover rate. IF I choose to ever walk into one of your locations again, I need a trustworthy manager to take my family in. If this isn't something you can accommodate, I will understand after seeing how you run a business!
