The entire staff is friendly and professional. I felt comfortable in the office. Dr Janssen explained the procedure and answered my questions thoroughly. The team was very helpful with and concerns and discomfort post operation. I highly recommend this group.

I received excellent care from Dr Janssen and the staff at FVPS. Everything was professional and went smoothly for me from consult to final appointment. I had mastectomy/reconstruction surgery. Very pleased with the results. Dr Janssen and his staff are very skilled and knowledgeable and also extremely pleasant to have as a care team.

My husband had a appointment with Dr Janssen and the care was terrible. A mortar blow up his left side of face. Dr came in room and said that every thing looks fine no infection. Dr never touched his face. In and out. Things got worse because there was a infection after our family Dr seen my husband a day later. Dr Janssen was not very professional.

Truly amazing experience. The staff, including the receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Janssen were so helpful, kind, and comforting. I had many options for surgeons near me, and ended up making a 2 hour drive just so I could be under Dr. Janssen's care. I am VERY satisfied with my results and so glad that I chose to have plastic surgery done. Thank you again Dr. Janssen and staff!
