I called RR first thing on a Monday morning because our washing machine drain was clogged and backing up. They said they would send someone. Within 2 hours or less Derek called and came over. He was very nice, professional, respectful, and got the job done with no problem. Thank you Derek for your great help! I really appreciate it.

Lewis out of the Rocky Mount office is a rockstar! Nice, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I needed some drains unclogged that had closed due to corrosion in a house that had been vacant for almost 2 years. He refused to quit until everything was working like new! I was extremely pleased with the cost as well (which he quoted up front, so no surprises at the end). He's gonna be my new go-to guy for all my plumbing needs.
