Kevin and Bobby were amazing. I had the pleasure of seeing Kevin 2x because of underlying city water issues but each time was pleasant and professional. Just good quality work. Steve and Bobby listened to what I needed and provided options to meet my repair needs. They got to work quickly once repair decisions were reached and then knocked them out efficiently. I felt the communication was respectful and honest. I paid a fair price and they addressed my issues. I would be happy to call them again if I have future plumbing needs.
An unexpected water leak occurred over the weekend and I was out of town. Fortunately my neighbor saw water coming from under my house. I called Pride, after finding them on Google, on Monday morning. A reasonable time was set and then Jason was able to arrive earlier. Jason was very professional and polite and got right to work. After completing the job he explained everything to me. I will definitely call Pride for any future plumbing issues.

Pride did an amazing Job. I called them after another company left us literally hanging for over a week without a kitchen sink. I should have called Pride first. They came out and fixed our issue same day. Very professional. Their guys showed up wearing masks. Their price was very reasonable too. They will be our plumbing choice from now on.
