It took a little time because one person was stuck in the driving area and had to be pushed out of the way- then the guy in front (who did the pushing) went in. I paid and when I went in, no car wash. But they were real nice and gave me the highest price wash. I was glad someone was there. It would be nice to give instructions on how to get money back if it does not work correctly.
I vacuumed my vehicle and then purchased the $15 wash. The wash was not working and I saw no number posted to call for problems. I googled the business and found a phone number. Sid was very helpful and could see from the cameras that someone was in the wash. He advised me to go back through and he activated the wash. It was perfect! I appreciated the save and will definitely use this business again!
It was 20* outside no car wash but the vacuum was still on. It did a great job. Thanks
For the last few visits the pre-wash feature in the self wash bays hasn't worked or I would rate higher. The pre-wash is an important part of the process because the warmer water loosens up the road dirt.
They do drive through car wash options and the spray wand do it yourself option. Take quarters for vacuming but no place to put trash.
