River Bend Police Department

Didn't even give me a chance to talk, could've been compassionate and gave a warning for just moving there a week ago and not knowing the area or speed limits. And not giving proper directions on how to get to where I needed to go that made me miss the speed limit sign in the first place. All in all, not to helpful or empathetic towards others. But it's always different in every state. And I guess what I heard about North Carolina I can now agree with and say is true.
